Commission Claims Vs Rachel Reeves

The Supreme Court has turned down the Labour Partys Chancellor Rachel Reeves intervention on the motor finance scandal.  Reeves has aimed to stop lenders involved in the commissions scandal from being hit with a staggering £44 billion bill.

Additionally, it was stated that customers who were not informed of the arrangement should be compensated, with estimates indicating that the industry could face liabilities of up to £30 billion. In contrast, Fen Court Finance prides itself on maintaining full transparency by offering net cost funding to all our clients, ensuring no hidden commissions are charged in our agreements. Our commitment is to uphold complete transparency and deliver a smooth efficient process.
